KK Cibona: New LED Scoreboards in Just Seven Days

Seven days to turn a demanding installation into a working solution.

That was the time available to equip Dražen Petrović Basketball Hall with new LED screens intended to serve as scoreboards. Together with our partner, Linosfera d.o.o., we delivered a project in which careful preparation and on-site coordination were just as important as the technology itself.

A Tight Deadline. A Complex Installation.

The deadline was only part of the challenge. The screens had to be installed in their designated positions without using a crane, with a complex mechanical mounting system.

These conditions required careful planning of the installation sequence, adapting the work to the venue and executing every step with precision. Within just seven days, the new Polet Ph 2.5 LED screens were in place.

Polet Ph 2.5 on Cibona’s Home Court

Polet Ph 2.5 LED screens were selected for this project, giving the hall a new digital platform for displaying scores and visual content.

Their role extends beyond that of a traditional scoreboard: player introductions, club visuals and promotional messages create additional opportunities to engage the audience. The photographs from the hall already show how the new screens are becoming part of Cibona’s visual identity.

Content Management Through Polet.Cloud

Content is managed through Polet.Cloud, bringing the LED screens and display management together in one complete solution.

The hall now has a flexible platform for content that supports sporting events, showcases the club and gives its partners greater visibility.

Delivered Within the Deadline

The KK Cibona project demonstrates the importance of well-chosen equipment, technical expertise and a reliable on-site partner when delivering a demanding installation.

Together with Linosfera d.o.o, we turned a tight deadline and complex installation conditions into a successfully completed project — new LED screens at Cibona’s home venue.
